THE TN GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN AREA
Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. A country luxury log home set in exclusive
Cedar Falls (www.cedarfallsresort.com) only minutes from the excitement of family entertainment and outlet
malls in Pigeon Forge, arts and crafts community and Ober Ski Lift & Lodge in Gatlinburg and Dollywood and
other family venues in Sevierville.
We are surrounded by the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. During the summer you can enjoy
family attractions and entertainment in every direction or go hiking, biking, rafting or trout fishing. In
the fall there is the beautiful changing color of the leaves and several craft shows. In winter bundle up and
enjoy a winter wonderland with skiing and snowboarding. There is something to do for children and adults of
all ages in every season.
When you arrive at A Mountain Dream you will see a large two level luxury log home. You will
notice the large green lawn on the sides and front sloping down to a circular lower drive. You will see the
distinctive black mulch in each planting area and the assortment of flowering plants, shrubs and fruit trees
planted to feed the local wildlife.
Both levels of this log home have large decks running the length of the home to relax and take full advantage
of the scenery and to view wildlife. If you set out a hummingbird feeder you will have a variety of different
colored hummingbirds within hours and they will remain in the area as long as they are fed.
ENTERING THE PROPERTY
You can enter the property on the upper level along the rear of the log home and park under the drive-through
carport designed to accommodate two vehicles with a beautiful rock wall holding back more plants and shrubs
planted in black mulch that runs along the upper drive. There is also a covered walkway to the rear porch to
stay dry should there be rain or snow.
The first thing you will notice from the carport is a screened porch that runs the entire length of the log
home. Inside the screened porch you will see two seating areas, lots of open space and a large dining table to
enjoy a ‘pest free’ outdoor meal. Outside the screened porch on the open deck is an LP gas grill. You can
enjoy grilling, smoking or Bar-B-Q.
At the far end of this porch is a screen door that leads to a private deck with a heated spa that seats five.
The spa will be hot and ready when you arrive. The view from the spa lets you enjoy the mountains and mountain ridges to the south or
the forest of trees and hills on the north and west side of this home.
There are three doors to enter A Mountain Dream on the upper level. The main door has a keypad for the
convenience of guests with a monitored alarm system for your peace of mind. There are also doors to the rear
porch from both master baths.
Once you enter A Mountain Dream you will see an ample kitchen with plenty of room and amenities to
satisfy any cook with service for 12. You will look across the large Great Room, past the fireplace with large
screen HD TV above and out the wall of windows giving you a breath taking view of the mountains and ridges to
the south.
If you step out on the upper front deck you will have a spectacular view to enjoy day or night; mountains and
ridges to the south and east, a treed hill on the west that would prove a challenging hike and a handful of
beautiful mountain homes spaced to give plenty of privacy. If you are lucky you will see turkeys, deer and on
rare occasions black bear.
The upper level has two master suites with king beds, fireplaces, private baths, one with a Jacuzzi, with
access to the rear porch and 5 person spa. These suites also have private access to balconies on either end
of the front upper deck. All beds are of the finest quality and comfortable for sleep or watching the flat-
panel TV's above the bedroom fireplaces.
Should you decide to enter A Mountain Dream on the lower level you can drive around to the lower
parking area that will take you directly onto the lower covered deck that runs the length of the front of A
Mountain Dream with seating and great views of the mountains. You can drive onto the property from either of two directions.
The lower level has a large Family / Game room with a wall of windows, electronic dartboard, pool table, table
games, video library, large stone fireplace and theatre size flat panel HD TV. For your additional
convenience, there is a small wet bar / mini-kitchen on the lower level.
There are two master suites on the lower level with king beds, flat panel HD TV's and private baths. Both
suites have doors that open onto private areas of the lower front deck that runs the length of the front of
the log home with great views and easy access to the surrounding area.
If you are visiting anytime between mid-November and mid-January A Mountain Dream can be decorated
for the holidays!
CEDAR FALLS GUEST PRIVILEGES
You have great views in every direction to walk or hike the trails and mountain paths. Cedar Falls has a
gift shop, swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, catch and release pond, nature trail and plenty
of wildlife to view. Use of all facilities is available to guests during their stay at A Mountain
Dream.
